Geosurv, LLC is a fully licensed and insured Surveying and Mapping firm here in the State of Florida. We offer the complete range of Land Survey services from Boundary Surveys for Residential re-sale to Construction layout and support for large scale Commercial development.

Every day we stride to develop strong and lasting relationships with our clients by continuously providing exceptional service and product. At Geosurv we perform all of our work to meet or exceed the Minimum Technical Standards, as set forth by the Board of Professional Surveyors and Mappers in Chapter 5J-17, Sections .050-.052, Florida Administrative Code (FAC), as well as any other applicable federal, state and local development requirements. Our professional staff has over 40 years of combined experience in the Land Surveying and Development industries. We work with property owners, attorneys, title agents, Realtors, contractors, engineers, architects, biologists and developers. Land Surveyors are trusted by these professionals to accurately determine land boundary lines, map geographical features and the layout and verification of improvements made to real property. By embodying an unbiased approach to conflicts, the Land Surveyor acts as an officer of the court, in preparing factual findings, accurate measurements and evidence of intent to aid in the court’s decision when pertaining to real property.

Accessibility is a key element of our service. We maintain an office in Bradenton, Florida. All projects are overseen by Harold Noon, owner and Professional Land Surveyor. The majority of client contacts are with David Coughlin also, owner and division manager.
